Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
